A partnership between Choice Hotels and Zuppler, a mobile and web-based menu ordering platform that allows Choice Hotels’ guests to conveniently order and pay for in-room dining delivered from the area’s most popular restaurants. A partnership between Choice Hotels and Zuppler, a mobile and web-based menu ordering platform, has produced “ChoiceHotelsMenus.com,” an easy-to-use destination that allows Choice Hotels’ guests to conveniently order and pay for in-room dining delivered from the area’s most popular restaurants.
Since the rollout phase began, more than 250 Choice Hotels throughout the country used Zuppler’s technological approach to in-room dining. Customers can access the technology online and through downloading an app available on both iOS and Android platforms. Initial implementation has occurred with strategic success in various socioeconomic markets. Choice Hotels consists of a family of brands including Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Econo Lodge and the Rodeway Inn. Adding the Zuppler platform to Choice Hotels has resulted in a portfolio of more than 4,500 different restaurant chains across the country who have signed on to participate in the program.
An incentive program also rewards hotel venues that meet specific benchmarks for ordering. For example, 100 guest orders in a month earns the Choice Hotels’ franchise owner a free Samsung Galaxy Tablet. To help participating hotels seamlessly integrate the program, Zuppler provides marketing materials to be used at the front desk, in meeting spaces, and guest rooms. Guests can price compare and decide between many local establishments, as Zuppler has assembled a large network of restaurant chains (including popular national brands like Subway, California Pizza Kitchen, and T.G.I. Friday’s). Features also enable guests to arrange in advance for their orders to be delivered at the same time they arrive at the hotel. |
