Chinese multinational investor and developer Reignwood Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced plans to breathe new life into Ten Trinity Square.
Reignwood Group, headquartered in Beijing, China, is a global Chinese enterprise and brand active in four major growth sectors including Consumer Products, Lifestyle, Industrial and Financing.Now, this multinational investor and developer group cooperates with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to breathe new life into Ten Trinity Square, one of London’s most iconic buildings, by transforming the property into a luxury hotel and residential development. Following a meticulous restoration by a team of experts commissioned by Reignwood, the former Port of London Authority building has been redeveloped as part of a vision to establish one of the most exclusive addresses in London. With 98 guestrooms and suites, the site of Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will also include 41 private residences – Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons – as well as a private members' club. Set in a heritage property originally designed in 1922, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will deliver the highest standard in modern day luxury as well as feature two gourmet restaurants and a spa.
