Energy by Four Seasons experiences include: A dedicated Tranquility Wing at Four Seasons Westlake Village, California, featuring sleep consultations, meditation or hypnotherapy The Myubu Experience at Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, Tanzania that incorporates the baobab fruit of the African savannah to rejuvenate the immune system and promote mental clarity Meals designed for each guest’s Yi-King master element at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles Tai Chi offerings at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong In conjunction with the debut of Energy by Four Seasons, this November the brand is hosting the #30DaysofEnergy challenge. Each day of the month, social media followers will be encouraged to try a different energizing tip or technique and invited to share their experiences along the way via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Google+.
