Tuniu Corporation, a leading online leisure travel company in China, announced to aign a strategic agreement with Ctrip.com International, Ltd. ("Ctrip"). Tuniu Corporation (TOUR) ("Tuniu" or the "Company"), a leading online leisure travel company in China, today announced that the Company has signed a strategic agreement with Ctrip.com International, Ltd. ("Ctrip"), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China, to expand their collaboration on shared travel resources.
