Meituan-Dianping announced on 12th April it has officially launched the App of its home-sharing platform Zhenguo.com. 
The first batch of listings of Zhenguo.com will cover China’s first-tier, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and popular destinations such as Hangzhou and Chengdu. The number of listings is expected to reach 150,000 by the end of this year.
Meituan-Dianping launched the App after detail analysis of users’ demands. The service is aimed to provide young travelers with great-value homestay and more diverse accommodation options for its users.
Mr. Weihe Feng, head of Zhenguo.com, said the company will also launch support services, starting with room services in Shanghai, to be followed by smart locks. (Translated by Claire)
