Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) Company Limited reported 17.61% growth in operating income to RMB 3.741 billion, and a 44.92% increase in the net profit attributable to the listed company to RMB 299 million for the third quarter, according to the group’s financial results released on October 30. In the nine months ended September 30, Jin Jiang International Hotels netted RMB 10.03 billion in operating revenue, up 32.86%; and the net profit attributable to the listed company was RMB 712 million, up 40.75%. In the third quarter ended September 30, the group’s limited-service hotels registered RMB 3.67623 billion in operating income, an increase of 18.11% over the same period last year.
In the nine months ended September 30, the group’s limited-service hotels generated RMB 9.84044 billion in operating income, an increase of 33.71% over the same period last year.
In the third quarter ended September 30, the operating income of catering and F&B business was RMB 65.21 million, up 4.94% year on year.
