Inflexion Private Equity has acquired Atcore Technology Group, the tech provider to the likes of Mark Warner, Neilson, TUI and Thomas Cook. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

Atcore comprises two individual platforms: Atcom, which designs and implements reservation software for the travel industry; and Tigerbay, which is an end-to-end platform that serves specialist travel companies.

The transaction provides an exit for mid-market private equity firm LDC, which backed the management buyout of the business from its listed-parent Anite in 2014.
