TibetJust, a Tibet-bound travel solution provider in China, has recently raised RMB 100 million in an angel round of financing. The funding was led by Lhasa Communications Industry Group and participated by travel platform Zuotoujing. Founded on January 9, 2018, TibetJust is a local transportation and travel resource provider registered with RMB 30 million capital. It aims to promote Tibet’s ecological civilization and economic development by optimizing transportation and travel resources and empowering related industries with artificial intelligence and big data. Thanks to rich high-quality tourism resources, tourism is a pillar industry in Tibet that receives some 25 million travelers every year, and the visitors tend to have strong spending power. Mr. Yuanhu Wu, founder and CEO of TibetJust, revealed that the company’s management team is made up of former executives from Tencent, Alibaba, Didi, Toutiao.com and other Internet giants. |
