Singapore Airlines’ customers who book their tickets through Ctrip will now find it easier to purchase duty-free merchandise from KrisShop, Singapore Airlines’ flagship retail store. The Airline is the first carrier to collaborate with China’s largest online travel services provider to offer a fast and seamless way for customers to pre-order merchandise for collection on board their Singapore Airlines or SilkAir flight. Under the recently launched partnership, Singapore Airlines will curate and offer KrisShop merchandise on Ctrip Global Shopping. Customers can order their desired product up to 72 hours before their flight departure for collection on board.
