The Hotels Network, a Barcelona-based hotel technology company, has raised $3.7 million from investors in the United States and Europe. Seaya Ventures led the round with participation from the founders of online travel agency eDreams-Odigeo, SeedRocket4 Founders Capital and US venture firm NFX. The Hotels Network works with 3,000 hotels in more than 50 countries, providing technology to increase direct bookings. The tools offer a comparison of reviews and prices, a suite of personalization options for websites and booking engines and predictive analytics.
