Minor Hotels, a hotel owner, operator and investor, currently with a portfolio of 162 hotels and resorts in 25 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and the Indian Ocean, has signed two new management contracts in China under the company's established M Collection brand of hotels and bespoke travel experiences. Partnering with Zhuhai Da Heng Qin Company Limited, Hengqin Zhuhai will be the first M Collection branded hotel in China. M Collection Hengqin Zhuhai is scheduled to open in 2020. The second resort to be signed under the M Collection brand in China is a 54 key all villa resort in Hangzhou Yuhang in the Zhejiang Province scheduled to be completed in 2022. Minor Hotels currently operates 3 properties in China under the Anantara brand in Xishuangbanna, Sanya and Guiyang and has a further strong pipeline in the region across all brands.
